Ola Electric, on Thursday, opened reservations for its much-awaited electric scooter. Consumers can now reserve their Ola Scooter on olaelectric.com by paying Rs 499, which is refundable.
The company said those who reserve now will get priority delivery.
In a statement, Ola Electric said the scooter will have “ leading speed, unprecedented range, the biggest boot space” as well as advanced technology, and will be aggressively priced. More features and the price of the scooter will be revealed in the coming days.

Ola had earlier released the scooter’s teaser images and videos.
The first in a range of Ola electric two-wheelers, the Ola Scooter will be rolled out from the Ola Futurefactory, the world’s largest, most advanced and sustainable two-wheeler factory being built on a 500-acre site in Tamil Nadu, India, the company said in its statement.
The company said Ola Scooter has already won several prestigious awards, including the IHS Markit Innovation award at CES and the German Design Award.
