Mr Atul Chordia is a prominent real estate developer based in Pune, India, who has played a pivotal role in the city's growth and development. He is the visionary founder of Panchshil Realty, a leading real estate firm that has delivered an impressive 29.5 million square feet of prime real estate across multiple asset classes. Currently, Panchshil Realty is working on developing 17.5 million square feet of additional space, reaffirming Mr Chordia's commitment to providing quality real estate solutions that cater to the ever-evolving needs of the market.

Mr. Atul Chordia's first residential project was Satellite Towers followed by AXA Business Services. In the early 2000s, he observed the growth of the IT sector in West Pune and decided to construct office parks along the eastern corridor. He also introduced the International Convention Centre (ICC), which permanently changed the way trade was conducted in Pune. He introduced Tech Park One for IBM, which was completed in a record 180 days. Panchshil Realty launched India's first IT & IT-eS SEZ: EON Free Zone, which created wealth assets and employment opportunities contributing to the city's economic development.

Mr Atul Chordia focused on the luxury hospitality market and collaborated with top international hotel brands to create a portfolio of projects with ambitious goals. Panchshil Realty continued to expand its portfolio with the Marriott International partnership and launched Courtyard by Marriott, Pune's first Marriott property, followed by Pune Marriott Hotel and Convention Center (Now, JW Marriott). Pune's sole World Trade Center was introduced in 2010 followed by the launch of the Trump Towers Pune in 2013. Following the acquisition of Mumbai's Express Towers in 2014, Panchshil embarked on a significant venture by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Maharashtra in 2015. The purpose of this MOU was to develop four IT parks across Mumbai and Pune. In 2017, Panchshil further expanded its portfolio by acquiring the First International Financial Centre (FIFC) in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai, in collaboration with Blackstone. Panchshil launched the world's first Yoo-branded villas in 2018, followed by The Ritz-Carlton hotel in central Pune. In 2019, Panchshil launched Amari Raaya in the Maldives, introduced the multi-utility SOHO concept in 2020, and collaborated with GIC, Singapore, to build Eon West in 2021.

Mr Atul Chordia, in addition to being honoured as a Member of the World Trade Center (WTC) Council, CREDAI-Pune, Young Presidents Organization, Pune, MCCIA, FICCI Real Estate Committee, and NAREDCO, awards, and nominations for his contributions to business development in Maharashtra and his contribution to India's economy, he is also a delegate at the Hotel Investment Conference South Asia (HICSA) and was nominated for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneurial Spirit Award in 2015.

Additionally, he was recognised as the Legend of Maharashtra and received the Icons of Jain Samaj Award for Dedication and Service in Business Development and Contributor to India's Economy by Maharashtra Jain Warta, as well as the 'Times Men of the Year Award,' 'Asia One World's Greatest Leaders in 2017,' 'Business Impact of the Year Award in the ET Edge Maharashtra Achievers Awards in 2018,' and 'Developer of the Year Award for The Ritz Carlton in the Hotelier India Awards in 2019.'

Furthermore, in 2020, he received an appreciation award from Round Table India and JITO, Pune, and in 2022, he received an award for a leadership talk at Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership and Excellence and the Trinity Success Award for being an excellent speaker at ITP Media, India, as well as the Real Estate Icons of Pune Award for the Year 2022 by The Times of India.
