The Hindustan Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (HEIC) is a unique initiative that allows students to accelerate their startups and entrepreneurial ventures with absolute efficiency. Strategic partnerships are maintained by HITS with 150+ institutions in 42 countries, which includes notable collaborations with Cranfield University UK, Dongguk University, GCU Korea, and Trier University Germany. The university ensures strong industry integration by collaborating globally with industry leaders like Boeing, IBM, and Royal Enfield. These partnerships allow students to bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world application.

The university's focus on AI and ML-based learning, innovation, and implementation is spread across multiple departments, including architecture, bio-tech, automobile, technology, and science. HITS is home to 16 specialized Research & Skill Centres, serving as innovation powerhouses. With over 6,100 research publications and 219 patents filed, researchers are addressing real-world challenges in clean energy, underwater robotics, hydrogen and defence technologies. Five faculty members are ranked among the top 2% of scientists globally in the Stanford rankings, which is impressive.
