Mumbai, Nov 4 (PTI) Construction firm Capacit'e Infraprojects has reported a 6 per cent drop in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 48 crore for the September 2026 quarter.

The company said it had delivered a PAT of Rs 51 crore in the second quarter of FY 26.

Revenue for Q2 FY27 rose 19 per cent to Rs 771 crore compared to Rs 646 crore in the September quarter of the last fiscal.

The company said it saw a significant uptick in execution momentum despite a monsoon-impacted quarter.

Gross debt as of September 30, 2026, stood at Rs 540 crore, with gross debt-to-equity at 0.27x, and net debt to equity at 0.18x, Capacit'e said.

Its order book on a standalone basis stood at Rs 13,013 crore as of September 30, 2026.

"Our performance during the quarter reflects the strength of our execution capabilities, disciplined project management, and the trust of our clients, which continue to drive our growth momentum.

"We have delivered strong growth while maintaining a sharp focus on operational efficiency, timely execution, and prudent financial management," its Executive Chairman Rohit Katyal commented.

The business environment remains highly encouraging, supported by increasing investments in urban infrastructure, housing, redevelopment, and institutional construction across both public and private sectors, he said.

The company's continued focus on selective order acquisition, execution excellence, and balance sheet strength provides a solid foundation to scale operations profitably, he said.

Meanwhile, the company, in a separate statement, said it has received a Letter of Award (LOA) for a residential project worth Rs 306 crore in Andheri, a western suburb of Mumbai, from Puravankara Limited.

Capacit'e provides end-to-end services for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings with a presence in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Gandhinagar, Pune, Goa, Chennai, National Capital Region (NCR), Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
