I am blessed that I am not suffering from anything and don’t take a single tablet. I have three grownup kids, walk 3km in the sun. In your later years, give yourself me-time, at least one to two hours daily. Walk, dance, swim but remember to do some form of physical activity at all times.

Brinda Miller, director, Kala Ghoda Arts Festival

Keep yourself busy and do something all the time. It is very important to keep your mind active and not think about retirement and relaxing. Be as creative as you can; be it writing, drawing, singing, music, just do it. Never say I am retired.

Try to pursue at least one hobby you developed when you were a child. Until God decides it is the end, do not feel you are old and done. You can still do so much for yourself and for society. Never say you are old.
