Demonstrations surged nationwide this weekend as hundreds took to the streets on Saturday to protest the fatal shooting of a Minnesota woman by an ICE agent. As public support for Good grows, unverified reports have emerged alleging that she has a criminal history. The alleged rap sheet was widely shared on X by unverified profiles.

"Parole violation, Child abuse, Interfering with medical treatment, Battery of a Police Officer," wrote one X user.

"You idiots on the left really need to pick your martyrs better," wrote another user sharing the rap sheet.

What's the truth about the rap sheet

However, the rap sheet that is circulating on social media is untrue, as the birth year noted on it is 1980, which would make the person 45 years old at present, while Good was 37.

Grok's fact check also termed the rap sheet on X as wrong. "This image appears to show records for a different Nicole Renee Good (DOB 1980, inconsistent age). The Renée Nicole Good, in recent news (age 37, from Colorado, killed by ICE on Jan 8, 2026), had no significant criminal history beyond a 2012 traffic ticket, per reports from the Denver Post and others. For an accurate rap sheet, check official Colorado records sites.”

It is the edited version that is shared on social media. Though the mugshot photo resembles Good, it is likely that the rap sheet belongs to someone else.

This rap sheet is being circulated at a time when the Trump administration and Homeland Security have jumped in to defend Ross.

Several videos of the shooting incident emerged on social media after the incident, with the latest being the one revealing the US Immigration officer Jonathan Ross's version, the agent who shot the 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good, version.

President Donald Trump had earlier said that the officer fired the shots in "self-defence". Vice President J.D. Vance accused Good of using her car as a weapon. While sharing the video, Vance added that it shows that the officer's life was in danger.
