'Curse' on Charlie Kirk: Erika Kirk contacted Christian priest to pray over him night before his murder, claims Megyn Kelly

Megyn Kelly revealed that Charlie Kirk's widow, Erika Kirk, was deeply disturbed by a Jezebel article attempting to purchase "curses" directed at Kirk

Popular conservative influencer Megyn Kelly claimed in her latest podcast that slain activist Charlie Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, was particularly disturbed by a story on feminist website Jezebel that said the writer tried to purchase "curses" directed at Kirk from an online marketplace.

The piece, which was taken down after the assassination of Kirk, had "genuinely rattled Erika in particular," claimed Kelly.

Kelly, in her podcast, said Erika loved Charlie absolutely, and she was scared when she heard of the curses Jezebel had called up.

Following this, the couple contacted a priest to come and pray with them over Charlie the night before he was murdered.

The publication later removed the byline and issued a note saying it was intended as a work of satire. “The piece was intended as satire and made it absolutely clear that we wished no physical harm. We stand by every word. But in light of Wednesday’s events, and on the recommendation of our lawyers, we have removed the text,” the note from the editor read.

"Why torture a family like this?....Why do this vile thing to a young couple?" Kelly asked and demanded an apology from Jezebel.
