Neymar could yet make a comeback to Barcelona this summer to complete the MSN trio once again. Neymar had left Barcelona back in 2017 for Paris, where his time has been riddled with controversies. Barcelona had expressed their interest in their former star forward before talks fell flat last year. It seems there are a couple more options available for Barcelona as they head into the transfer window this summer.

Barcelona are looking to invoke a clause in FIFA's transfer regulations which might trigger Neymar's move from Paris to Camp Nou. Article 17 of FIFA's transfer regulations states that players can leave their contracts 'without just cause' once a three-year protection period is over. Neymar will exhaust this three-year period in 2020, having left Barcelona in 2017. Barcelona can invoke the claus to force PSG to sell their ace forward, since Neymar's camp too have reportedly expressed their desire to move to Barcelona.

Barcelona who, like all other clubs are under financial strain due to the halting of matches amid the COVID-19 crisis, will look to offload Greizmann to get fresh funds. Greizmann has had very little impact at Camp Nou this season only manging to score on 8 occassions. Although he has shows his worth in moments, it has failed to impress the Barcelona top brass. With Manchester United showing a keen interest in the former Atletico forward, the summer transfer window could see Greizmann on his way out. Barcelona reportedly seem to have put him on the transfer market and are expecting a nine-figure deal.

The sale could see  Barcelona line up a huge warchest to wrest Neymar from PSG. Neymar had phenomenal success at barcelona where he joined in 2013. Although he scored only 68 goals from 123 appearances, he along with Messi and Suarez, combined to become the most lethal attacking trio in world football. His goal scoring for PSG has been better (47 goals ffrom 52 appearances), but has been the subject of many on-field and off-field controversies. His start to the current season also got to a murky start after he expressed his interest to leave the club.
