Hardik Pandya is among the cricketers who are most active on social media. The cricketer, who is currently recovering from an injury which kept him out of action for a few months, regularly posts pictures of his fitness routine and training sessions on Instagram.
Ever since he and his fiancee Serbian actor Natasa Stankovic announced last year that they are engaged, the fans can also spot occasional pictures of them together on his Instagram page and stories.
On Tuesday, the 26-year-old all-rounder shared an Instagram story of them together, with just a heart emoji.
Pandya, meanwhile, was seen practicing with skipper Virat Kohli and others in Mumbai. He had recently failed a fitness test, and will now have to play at least one domestic game for Baroda before being considered for a national comeback.
Pandya had recently claimed that he would be fit for the second half of the New Zealand series but sources in the BCCI claim that it was the cricketer's individual assessment. India's next assignment after the New Zealand series will be three ODIs against South Africa at home in March.
Pandya's fitness is important for India's T20 World Cup campaign as his fast medium bowling and explosive hitting power give India the required balance. He last played for India in September last year.
