The toss at Bristol for the World Cup match against Sri Lanka and Bangladesh has been delayed due to rain. The pitch inspection, too, has now been postponed as the rain has returned to the Bristol County Ground on Tuesday.

While Sri Lanka has three match points from three games, Bangladesh has only two from three matches. Interestingly, Sri Lanka's last match against Pakistan was also called off due to rains. They had lost to New Zealand by 10 wickets and brought their campaign back with a 34-run victory against Afghanistan.
