Hardik Pandya has made a good showing since his return to the Indian team following his suspension for making sexist comments on a TV show. However, Pandya cannot seem to shake off the ghosts of his past mistakes as they continue to haunt him.
This time, it was his Instagram post that set off a bunch of his followers to troll him. Pandya posted a picture on Wednesday with his brother Krunal Pandya and teammates Shubman Gill, Kedar Jadhav and Mahendra Singh Dhoni at a cafe called Joe's Garage. He captioned the image 'Some food and lots of laugh', tagging everyone in the picture.
While some fans appreciated the post and showed their support, several others weren't so kind and reminded Pandya to have coffee as well, referring to the TV show Koffee With Karan in which Pandya had made the sexist comments.

One user urged the cricketer to concentrate on the ongoing T20 series, the first match of which India lost. Another asked if the restaurant served coffee―a clear jibe at Pandya's appearance on the show. Others, too, followed suit and left comments relating to coffee on the picture.
Pandya, along with K.L. Rahul, appeared in an episode of Koffee With Karan, and made misogynist remarks on women he met and how he liked to “watch them move”. He had apologised for his comments, but the issue still remains a sore point with most people.
