The Win Your Home in Dubai promotion, a citywide retail campaign that ran from May 22 to August 30, 2026, was led by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) and Dubai Chambers, with Binghatti Developers as the exclusive real estate partner.
The campaign featured 12 residential units across Dubai, comprising 11 studio apartments and one two-bedroom apartment.
Four of the winners were Indian, while the remaining apartments went to Filipino, British, Emirati, Lebanese, Russian, Libyan, Kazakh and Bangladeshi shoppers. Ten winners were Dubai residents, one lived in Abu Dhabi, and another was a tourist visiting from Kazakhstan.
According to reports, the promotion engaged over 120,000 consumers with over 1,000 brands participating across over 3,500 outlets. “We are very pleased with the response,” Arayqat told Arabian Business. “As a result, the campaign drove more than AED250 million in sales.” The apartments were given away every week, with the two-bedroom apartment being the grand prize in the final-week draw.
“The campaign has demonstrated the strong potential to bring retail, real estate and the wider business community together around an aspirational proposition,” he said. “The experience gives us a strong foundation for considering how such initiatives can continue to create meaningful opportunities for residents, visitors and businesses in Dubai.”
