The market demonstrated resilience despite geopolitical challenges, with off-plan sales dominating transaction volume and value. Additionally, ready home sales in July 2026 reached their highest monthly level since February, indicating a broad market upswing.

The Dubai real estate sector recorded AED 9.58bn of transactions last week, according to data from the Land Department. This comes as the region recorded 81,839 residential transactions worth AED 225.7 billion during H1 2026.
According to Land Department data, there were 2,850 sales transactions recorded between August 10 and 14.
Among the most expensive sales transactions listed on the Land Department website was an apartment in Orla Infinity by Omniyat in Palm Jumeirah. The apartment was sold for AED 79m. The second-biggest sale was an apartment in Aman Residences –Tower 1 in Jumeirah Second, sold for AED 57.6m.
The third sale was also an apartment in Aman Residences – Tower 2 in Jumeirah Second, sold for AED 54.7 m.
Despite the geopolitical challenges, the first half of the year saw the Emirate showing resilience as the market continues to be active. As per data, off-plan continued to shape market activity, recording 60,425 transactions and accounting for 73.8% of total residential sales volume. This amounted to 74.5% of overall residential sales value. The secondary market contributed 21,436 transactions worth AED 57.5 billion.
The ready home sales also jumped 20 per cent in July 2026, reaching their highest monthly level since February. A report by Arabian Business said more than 3,400 ready residential properties worth AED9bn ($2.45bn) were purchased during the month.
July’s performance represented a significant increase from June, when around 2,870 ready homes worth AED7.5bn ($2.04bn) were sold.
