Dubai is all set to celebrate Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday. As the actor turns 60 on November 2, the UAE will honor him with a spectacular film festival across cinemas in the country.
The festival will showcase some of Shah Rukh Khan’s biggest blockbusters — from Dil Se, Devdas, Main Hoon Na, Om Shanti Om, Chennai Express and Jawan. The selected films represent key milestones in his remarkable journey from a theatre actor to a global superstar.
According to the organizers, Yash Raj Films International, the event is a tribute to Shah Rukh Khan’s unparalleled legacy and his profound cultural influence on millions of fans around the world. Shah Rukh Khan stands as the most popular actor in the UAE, commanding a massive fan base among Emiratis. The UAE nationals are ardent admirers of Bollywood, and many of them credit Shah Rukh Khan and his films for helping them learn and understand Hindi.
