While speaking to his fans, the actor said, "So many people have gathered here. Our unity has great power. It also has a purpose."
He asked his fans to help people in their own areas and the families living around them in whatever way possible. "It should not just be that we came, met me, and took photos. If the people around you are in trouble, help them."

With speculation rife, NDTV has quoted sources saying that the former son-in-law of superstar Rajinikanth was indeed keen on making his political entry, but not yet, as he is at the peak of his career now.
"He will be evaluating the pros and cons of entering politics. He will decide over the course of the next few years," sources were quoted by NDTV.
Interestingly, in June, when Dhanush's father, filmmaker Kasthuri Raja, was asked at an event if his son would enter politics, he didn't deny the possibility. He added that anyone has the right to enter politics.
After 18 years of marriage, Dhanush and filmmaker Aishwarya Rajnikanth officially finalised their divorce in November 2024. The Chennai Family Welfare Court granted the mutual consent divorce.
