The suspension letter of Nida Khan, one of the eight employees at TCS Nashik charged in connection with sexual harassment and religious coercion allegations, has been leaked online.

In the suspension order dated April 9, Nida Khan's designation was revealed as Process Associate. The order says the company is placing her under suspension considering the seriousness of the matter.

TCS has revoked her access to the company's network temporarily and instructed her to surrender office assets in her possession. It also directed her not to report to any of the TCS offices or work remotely until further communication.

Where is Nida Khan now?

Though earlier unconfirmed reports claimed that Nida Khan was arrested, authorities alleged that she is absconding. However, Nida Khan's family claimed that she is not hiding but staying at her Mumbai home as she is pregnant and expecting her first child, according to Hindustan Times.

Her maternal uncle revealed that no police officer has shown up at their door asking about his daughter's whereabouts.

Nida Khan is currently seeking to file an anticipatory bail application in Nashik sessions court, according to her lawyer.

Contrary to earlier claims, her family revealed that she was working from the TCS BPO office in Mumbai's Malad and not Nashik. Her maternal uncle revealed that she moved to Mumbai to stay with her husband after they got married in 2025.

They also clarified that she not in the HR department but a telcaller in the sale team.
