Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal, joined by various others formerly accused in the alleged liquor policy scam, moved a recusal application before Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma in the Delhi High Court on Sunday.

Kejriwal is now scheduled to appear in court tomorrow and argue the case, an AAP statement said.

This comes days after the Delhi court sought Kejriwal's stand on the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) plea challenging his acquittal in two separate cases lodged against him for not appearing before the agency, despite summons issued in the liquor policy case.

Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma had issued the notice to the ex-Delhi CM leader, and had posted the matter for hearing on April 29.
