Raihan Vadra, 25, son of Congress leader and Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi and businessman Robert Vadra, is now engaged to his longtime girlfriend Aviva Baig, according to sources.
The couple has been together for seven years, and relatives close to them have confirmed that Vadra proposed to his girlfriend, who said yes. The formal engagement is set to take place soon and sources say it will take place in January in a two to three day event in Rajasthan.
Aviva Baig and her family are based in Delhi, and the two families are close, according to the sources. She is a Delhi-based photographer and the co-founder of Atelier 11, a photography studio and production company that works with clients across India. She studied at the Modern School in Delhi and has a degree in Media Communication and Journalism from OP Jindal Global University. She was also a former national-level football player.
She has showcased her work at exhibitions like 'You Cannot Miss This’ (2023) and ‘The Illusory World' (2019).
Raihan Vadra attended the same school as Rajiv Gandhi, The Doon School in Dehradun. He then studied at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London for higher education in politics. Raihan is also a photographer, and his work includes wildlife, street, and commercial photography according to his bio at the APRE Art House art gallery based in Mumbai. He has also held a solo exhibition titled 'Dark Perception.'
