The cabinet expansion comes 10 days after CM Fadnavis took oath along with his deputies—Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis expanded his 10-day old cabinet with 37 ministers taking oath on Sunday. Among the newly inducted ministers 19 are from the BJP, 11 from Shiv Sena and seven from the Nationalist Congress Party.

Governor CP Radhakrishnan administered the oath of office at a ceremony held at Raj Bhawan in the evening.

The legislators who were sworn in as ministers today included BJP state president Chandrashekhar Bawankule, party leaders Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil, Chandrakant Patil, Girish Mahajan, Ganesh Naik; NCP's Hasan Mushrif and Dhananjay Munde; Shiv Sena's Gulabrao Patil, Dada Bhuse and Sanjay Rathod.
