Arvind Kejriwal's personal assistant Bibhav Kumar who allegedly misbehaved with AAP MP Swati Maliwal was spotted with the Delhi chief minister on Wednesday.
Kumar was seen with Kejriwal and AAP MP Sanjay Singh when they arrived at Lucknow airport on Wednesday night.
The Delhi CM is scheduled to address a joint press conference with Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav in the Uttar Pradesh capital on Thursday. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge is also expected to join the press meet.
This comes within two days after AAP had confirmed the alleged incident and assured action against Kumar. Maliwal had dialed Delhi police to complain of an attack by Kumar at the CM's residence when she went to meet Kejriwal.
After the incident was reported by media, Sanjay Singh said AAP will not support such people and the CM has taken the incident seriously.
BJP national spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla slammed Kejriwal as no FIR was registered against Kumar three days after the incident. “72 hours. No FIR on Bibhav Kumar instead Kejriwal is protecting him ! Roaming around with him.. It is clear- attack on Swati Maliwal was done at behest of Kejriwal himself.
