A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader was killed allegedly by Maoists in Chhattisgarh on Saturday while campaigning for the assembly elections which begin on November 7.
Ratan Dubey, BJP's Narayanpur district unit vice president, was campaigning in Kaushalnar area when he was attacked.
“A team has been dispatched to the location and anything in this connection will be clear after the probe,” Bastar Range IG Sundarraj P. said, reported ANI.
