Maharashtra cabinet gets 18 new ministers

Shinde faction and BJP gets nine berths each

As many as 18 new ministers were sworn into the Maharashtra cabinet on Tuesday. The Eknath Shinde faction and BJP got nine ministerial berths each.

Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari administered the oath to the ministers. Maharashtra BJP president Chandrakant Patil, Sudhir Mungantiwar, Girish Mahajan, Suresh Khade, Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil, Ravindra Chavhan, Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Vijaykumar Gavit and Atul Save from BJP will be sworn-in as ministers.

From the Shinde faction, Dada Bhuse, Shambhuraje Desai, Sandeepan Bhumre, Uday Samant, Tanaji Sawant, Abdul Sattar, Deepak Kesarkar, Gulabrao Patil and Sanjay Rathaud got ministerial berths.
