Night curfew in Bengaluru extended till October 11

The curfew is in place from 10pm to 5am

The COVID-19 restrictions in Bengaluru, including night curfew, has been extended till October 11.

Bengaluru City Police Commissioner Kamal Pant said the coronavirus-induced restrictions, including the 10pm-5am night curfew, has been extended, reports news agency ANI.

Bengaluru Urban, on Sunday, reported 255 of the total 775 new COVID-19 cases recorded in Karnataka. The city also saw three deaths while as many as 205 discharges.

Bengaluru Urban district tops the list of positive cases, with a total of 12,45,490, followed by Mysuru 1,77,769 and Tumakuru 1,20,098.

The total number of active cases in Karnataka is 13,213.
