Aam Admi Party leader Tahir Hussain, accused having role in the murder of Intelligence Bureau staffer Ankit Sharma, was booked by Delhi Police on Thursday on charges of murder, arson and violence.
Sharma, who went missing on Tuesday, was allegedly attacked and beaten to death by a violent mob on his way home. His body was found in the next morning in a drain near his home in Jaffrabad. Sharma's family had accused Hussain of being behind the killing.
