Nitish Kumar-led Janata Dal (United) on Wednesday expelled its vice president Prashant Kishor and senior leader Pavan Varma for allegedly indulging in anti-party activities.
While Kishor had questioned the party's stand on the Citizenship Amendment Act, Varma had opposed the JD(U) alliance with the BJP in Delhi Assembly elections.
