Even as allegations of horsetrading are flying thick and fast, Karnataka Governor Vajubhai Vala has reportedly invited the BJP to form government in the state.
According to media reports, one of the BJP MLAs said B.S. Yeddyurappa will take oath as chief minister on Thursday. Yeddyurappa has been reportedly given time till May 21 to prove majority.
The BJP, which emerged as the single largest party, fell short of the numbers as the saffron party managed to get only 104 seats in the 224-member house.
