On a day when the opposition parties are meeting to discuss their plan to move an impeachment motion on Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra, the Supreme Court on Friday expressed its displeasure over the public discussion on impeachment of judges, terming it as 'unfortunate'.
The top court also sought assistance of the attorney general on whether such practices could be restrained.
"We all are disturbed about it," said the apex court while hearing a plea which has also sought gag on media from carrying such discussions.
