All the major milestones achieved by 'Bethlehem Kudumba Unit' so far

The film has achieved several major milestones during its theatrical run. In Kerala, it has become the industry’s biggest grosser, earning more than ₹132.45 crore and surpassing "Vaazha 2", which previously held the record with ₹129.55 crore.

"Bethlehem Kudumba Unit" has also emerged as the highest-grossing Malayalam film released in 2026, outperforming major releases such as "Drishyam 3" and "Vaazha 2" in worldwide collections.

It achieved all this with an impressive pace. The film crossed ₹100 crore worldwide in just five days, ₹200 crore in 12 days and ₹250 crore in 16 days. It also became the fastest romantic comedy in Malayalam cinema to cross the ₹200 crore worldwide mark, with family audiences and women playing an important role in its success.

The film has also set records for its lead actor, Nivin Pauly. It is now the highest-grossing film of his career, making him the only solo actor after Mohanlal to have films in both the ₹200 crore and ₹300 crore clubs.

On BookMyShow, the film has become the highest-selling Malayalam movie of all time. If its budget is indeed ₹23 crore, as reported in some places, then one can surmise that its worldwide gross has already exceeded 13 times its production cost, making "Bethlehem Kudumba Unit" a remarkable commercial success.
