Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju's latest release "Bethlehem Kudumba Unit" has achieved another box office milestone. The rom-com directed by Girish AD has surpassed all of Nivin's previous hits, including "Sarvam Maya" and "Premam", to become his highest-grossing blockbuster yet, with the worldwide total crossing ₹250 crore as of Day 16 (third Saturday).

On Day 16, the film collected a net ₹7 crore from 1,834 shows in India, and registered a 66% occupancy. This took its total India gross to ₹134.65 crore, while its India net collection reached ₹115.30 crore. The film also performed strongly overseas, earning ₹4 crore on Day 16 and taking its overseas gross to ₹117 crore. Its worldwide gross now stands at an impressive ₹251.65 crore, reported box office portal Sacnilk.

Previous Nivin Pauly box office benchmark was "Sarvam Maya", which grossed ₹78 Cr in Kerala  and ₹131 Cr globally. "Bethlehem Kudumba Unit" surged past its lifetime global total within its first week.

Released during the 2026 Onam festival season, the film has enjoyed an extraordinary theatrical run and has entered the top five highest-grossing Malayalam films of all time. With its current worldwide gross, it ranks third overall, behind "Lokah: Chapter 1 - Chandra" and "L2: Empuraan".

According to tracking data from Sacnilk, the film has also achieved a major milestone in Kerala. Its lifetime gross in the state has reached ₹110.25 crore by Day 16. It entered Kerala’s ₹100 crore club in just 15 days, matching "Vaazha 2" as the fastest Malayalam film to reach the mark.

In Kerala, "Vaazha 2" remains the top grosser, followed by "Lokah" and "Thudarum". "Bethlehem Kudumba Unit" currently ranks fourth, having surpassed "Drishyam 3" both in Kerala and worldwide.
