"Bethlehem Kudumba Unit" is continuing its strong run at the box office, delivering impressive numbers in India and overseas. Released during the 2026 Onam festival season, the Malayalam film is directed by Girish A.D. and stars Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju.

On Day 9, the film earned ₹10.20 crore net in India from 2,641 shows. This was a 6.8% increase over its Day 8 collection of ₹9.55 crore, showing that audience interest is growing as the film enters its second weekend. As of now, Day 9 has registered the highest single-day earnings yet, despite beginning the second-week run.

With Day 9 included, "Bethlehem Kudumba Unit" has collected ₹84 crore gross and ₹72.05 crore net in India. Its overseas performance has been equally impressive. The film earned ₹11 crore on Day 9, taking its total overseas gross to ₹87.50 crore.

As a result, the film's worldwide gross has now reached ₹171.50 crore in just nine days.

The film's performance has been remarkably steady. It opened with ₹4.90 crore net in India and maintained strong weekday collections of around ₹7.90 crore per day. The jump to ₹10.20 crore on the second Saturday suggests that positive word-of-mouth is helping the film attract even more viewers.

Its overseas performance is particularly notable. For a mid-budget Malayalam romantic comedy, collecting ₹87.50 crore internationally is an exceptional achievement. The overseas gross has even surpassed the film's India gross of ₹84 crore.

The film has also set major career milestones for its cast and director. Nivin Pauly's previous major benchmark was "Premam", which earned ₹73.20 crore worldwide in its lifetime. His 2026 film "Sarvam Maya" reached ₹150 crore in 39 days, but "Bethlehem Kudumba Unit" has already crossed that figure in only nine days.

For director Girish A.D., the film has also surpassed "Premalu", which earned around ₹135.90–₹136.25 crore worldwide. "Bethlehem Kudumba Unit" crossed that lifetime total within its first week, making its current run one of the biggest successes in Malayalam cinema.
