Uwais is also developing the Indonesian remake of acclaimed Korean thriller "The Man From Nowhere" with Joe Taslim ("The Night Comes For Us") as the lead.

Meanwhile, Taslim, who also co-starred with Uwais in "The Raid", will be next seen in the Hong Kong revenge thriller "The Furious". It will be released theatrically in the U.S on 29 May, 2026.
