On the occasion of her 40th birthday, actress Deepika Padukone has announced the launch of a new initiative. Its goal is to promote new and young creative talents. Named The Onset Program, it follows her Create With Me platform. The idea is to foster and promote gifted artists in the world of Indian cinema, television, and advertising. She shared a video with the caption, "I am beyond thrilled to launch my passion project - OnSet - an experiential learning program for technicians across various departments wanting to build a career in Indian film, television, and advertising."
In her video statement, Deepika said, "For the past year, I have been seriously thinking about identifying the best creative talent from India and abroad, and giving them a platform to be seen and heard. I am extremely happy to announce the launch of The Onset Program, and I am eagerly looking forward to introducing you all to the next generation of creative talent."
