The records continue to tumble for Dhurandhar whose juggernaut run shows no signs of slowing down at the moment. After a historic third weekend that produced closed to Rs 85 crore, the film zoomed into the Rs 500 crore nett club in India and sky is the limit for the film with the Christmas-New Year phase yet to start.
After 18 days, Dhurandhar has netted Rs 540 crore in India after a superstrong fourth Monday which came close to Rs 16 crore nett in India. With Christmas falling on Thursday, there will be a definite surge in collections on Wednesday while Thursday could touch Rs 25 crore nett.
For now, the 19th day is looking like another superb day for Dhurandhar and there should be a marginal jump in collections due to two reasons. Firstly, Tuesdays have multiple discount offers in all major ticketing platforms and for a film with exceptional word-of-mouth like Dhurandhar, it is the icing on the cake in this holiday season.
Early estimates indicate around Rs 17-18 crore on its fourth Tuesday and it will go past Kantara: Chapter 1 to become the highest-grossing Indian film of 2025. It is a landmark achievement for Ranveer Singh who is also set to deliver his first-ever Industry Hit. Dhurandhar will cross Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan today to become no.3 on the list of Bollywood grossers in India.
Only Stree 2 and Chhaava remain among outright Bollywood films in the list, both of which will be wiped out in this week itself. The real challenge, as reported many times in the last few days, will be whether Dhurandhar can beat the Hindi nett collections of Pushpa 2 which stands at Rs 738 crore nett.
