'Dhurandhar' box office collection day 15: Ranveer Singh starrer on track to become highest Indian grosser of 2025 by this Sunday

Ranveer Singh's 'Dhurandhar' is set to have another record-breaking day at the domestic box office

'Dhurandhar' continues to break records with each passing day at the domestic box office

Dhurandhar continues to be unstoppable at the domestic box office. The Ranveer Singh starrer smashed the second week records for any Bollywood film by a country mile, setting new benchmarks for future biggies. For 14 days in a row, the action thriller has managed to collect Rs 20 crore nett or above - the first Indian film to achieve such a feat. It is on track to beat Kantara: Chapter 1 to become the highest Indian worldwide grosser of 2025 in the third week itself.

After two weeks, Dhurandhar stands at Rs 457 crore nett in India approximately and has a worldwide gross of over Rs 700 crore during this period. On its second Friday, Dhurandhar could do the unthinkable and register another Rs 20 crore nett day. Occupancies in the morning and night shows are similar to Day 14 but there is one important factor to note here.

The release of Avatar: Fire and Ash has impacted the screencount of Dhurandhar, although not by a great figure. Still, if it had the same screencount as the second Thursday, another Rs 20 crore nett was guaranteed and perhaps, even Rs 25 crore nett. As per early estimates, Dhurandhar on its third Friday is heading towards Rs 17-18 crore nett, and has an outside chance of breaching the Rs 20 crore mark.

By its third Saturday, Dhurandhar will zoom into the Rs 500 crore nett club in India, joining an exclusive club of Hindi films to achieve the feat. With the Christmas and New Year holidays still to come, Rs 600 crore nett is a done deal and there are two major milestones that Dhurandhar will be eyeing.

The highest Bollywood grosser in India is Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan (Rs 641 crore nett) while the highest Hindi grosser is Pushpa 2 at Rs 750 crore nett. For outright Hindi films, the highest in India is Vicky Kaushal's Chhaava which had Rs 602 crore nett. This record will definitely be dethroned by Dhurandhar and it is only a matter of when. Jawan's figures are also expected to be crashed sooner than later.
