From Bollywood to down Mollywood, most of the prominent stars—Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, Ajay Devgn, Suriya, Venkatesh, Mohanlal—have made their OTT debut. However, one of the biggest stars in the country, Shah Rukh Khan, is yet to have an OTT release.
In a recent commercial, it appears that the actor is hinting at a possible OTT debut.
In a promotional video for Disney+Hotstar, the actor is seen engaged in a conversation with his manager, while also greeting his fans.
Standing in his balcony, the actor asks his manager if he has seen such a huge gathering of fans outside the residence of any other stars. The manager tells Khan that he hasn't seen such a crowd so far, but can't say anything about the future. A surprised Khan asks for the reason and the manager tells him that most of the stars have had their films and series released on Disney+Hotstar.
The actor asks him if all the stars have had their OTT releases, and the manager reminds him that Khan is yet to have an OTT release.
Many believe that the the promotional commercial hints at a possible OTT debut of the actor.
The commercial sure has Shah Rukh Khan fans excited.
