The much-awaited trailer of Sushant Singh Rajput’s final movie, Dil Bechara, was released on Monday.

The nearly three-minute trailer of the movie, based on the book 'The Fault In Our Stars' by John Green, which was also made into a Hollywood film, begins with debutante Sanjana Sanghi's character Kizie Basu revealing that she is a cancer patient. She meets with the happy-go-lucky Manny, played by Rajput, and the two hit it off. They share plans and dreams, despite knowing well that all these come with an expiry date as time is too short for Kizie.

They even take a trip to Paris. However, as death seems to be near, Kizie begins to distance herself from Manny, much to his distress.

The movie is the directorial debut of Mukesh Chhabra and has the background score by A. R. Rahman. Chhabra, in an Instagram post, said the movie has been a dream of him and Rajput. “Finally after such a long wait, 2 years of my life.
