There is only a few more hours to go for the release of Maharshi, starring Mahesh Babu.
Even as the fans are eagerly awaiting the movie, the actor came out to reveal a few details about the movie. According to news agency IANS, Mahesh Babu said the movie is set to shatter many per-conceived notions about him.
In the movie, he appears in three different avatars, showing three different phases his character passes through. The actor said people have been saying that he looks the same in all his movies and therefore a decision was taken to have different looks for him in Maharshi.

According to the news agency, the actor said Maharshi has a very powerful social message to offer without compromising on the commercial elements. Mahesh Babu said the film is different from the movies that he has done before and added that the movie goers will find it easy to relate to his character. "The journey of my character will be both interesting and inspiring," he was quoted as saying.
Directed by Vamsi Paidipally, the movie stars Pooja Hegde, Allari Naresh, Jagapathi Babu and Prakash Raj in prominent roles.
There are also reports that Bollywood Salman Khan has shown interest in watching Maharshi and is planning to remake it in Bollywood if he is impressed with the movie. He is reportedly planning to watch the movie along with Prabhudheva.
