Mollywood actor Dileep is back in the news as he is set to face trial in the actress abduction and assault case. The Kerala high court on Monday observed that there was no reason to delay trial in the case, and posted the case for hearing on March 21. Dileep has been accused of being the mastermind of the incident that shook Kerala in February last year.

Meanwhile, the teaser of upcoming movie 'Ira' has created quite a frenzy due to its uncanny resemblance to Dileep's arrest in the case.

The 28-second-video shows an arrest and the media hysteria that follows. In the teaser, actor Gokul Suresh is being taken by the police for investigation. What catches one's attention is a dialogue at the end of the teaser. Pushing his way through mediapersons, Gokul says: "Endhina chetta verudhe vaayil thonnunnadhokke vilich parayunnathu" which was exactly what Dileep had said during that time.

The teaser also makes a reference to a selfie that helped the police nab the culprit—in the real case, police established link with Dileep from a selfie of prime accused Pulsar Suni with Dileep at a movie location.

Directed by Saiju SS, the film is produced under the banner Vyshakh Udayakrishna productions. The movie which will hit the screens this week also has Unni Mukundan in a lead role.
