After receiving 5.69 times the subscription from the public bidding, the initial public offering of National Stock Exchange (NSE) is all ready to hit the stock market. 

With an issue size of ₹22,569 crore, NSE IPO is the country's second-largest public issue after Hyundai Motor India's ₹27,870 crore IPO in 2024.

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) garnered 12.68 times subscription, while the portion for non-institutional investors was subscribed 6.54 times. The quota for retail investors received 1.36 times subscription. Overall, NSE IPO received 5.69 times subscription from investors. 

When will NSE IPO be listed?

As per the official schedule, NSE IPO is expected to be listed on September 24, 2026. Applicants who have not been selected in the allotment list will receive a refund of their invested amount as per bank norms. 

What is the latest GMP of NSE IPO?

Various market analysts predict a listing premium between 2-3 per cent, with the latest grey market premium (GMP) around ₹43-₹59, for the investors who are allotted the shares. However, GMP is an unofficial indicator and listing prices can fluctuate.

The NSE IPO has a price band of ₹1,700 to ₹1,785 per equity share and is structured as an Offer for Sale (OFS), meaning existing shareholders will sell their shares. The minimum lot size is eight shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,280 at the upper price band from investors.
