Tenneco Clean Air is all set to announce the allotment status of its initial public offering (IPO) on November 17.
Subscribers who have applied for the IPO will be informed about their allotment status today. Tenneco Clean Air IPO witnessed strong investor demand on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The Rs 3600 crore IPO was subscribed more than 58 times.
Investment details:
Interested subscribers could apply for a minimum investment of Rs 1,986 per lot that would have 7 shares. The price range has been set at Rs 378-397.
Tenneco Clean Air officially started accepting applications for its IPO from November 12 to November 17. With the allotment of shares scheduled to be completed on November 17, the listing of shares is expected to be held on November 19.
