The airline tweeted that it expected its counters to be “crowded more than usual and our flight operations might get impacted”. IndiGo informed passengers to check their flight status or contact it via the following means: Facebook or Twitter/via chat on its website/WhatsApp (7428081281).
On November 4, 2019, IndiGo's operations were disrupted after glitches in its booking software. The incident led to some flights getting delayed and counters at major airports such as Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata seeing long queues. A similar glitch happened on November 25 the same year.
