With Sneha Ullal, actor
1. What do you eat in a day?
I follow a fully plant-based diet. A typical day includes sabji, dal or other legume and gluten-free chapatis, paired with a protein source like tofu, beans or tempeh.
2. Your fitness regimen?
I work out at the gym on alternate days, focusing on weight training. On other days, I do cardio or yoga on my terrace.
3. How do you usually unwind?
I have five cats and a parrot. Spending time with them and being close to nature is how I truly unwind. I also enjoy family dinners, and my favourite outing is a late-night movie.
4. What’s one unhealthy habit you steer clear of?
We all have unhealthy habits—that’s part of being human. But you would never find me drinking alcohol.
5. How do you take care of your mental health?
Mental health is less understood. Sometimes we don’t understand what we feel, hence it is important to have a healthy social circle. Having said that, I do have my lows off and on, and like most people, I wait it out and let time heal me.
But I think people should get help from a professional, and exercise at least 30 minutes a day no matter how low they feel.
