Haryana unit of the BJP held a meeting in Panchkula on Monday to formulate roadmap of various programmes and events which the state unit plans to organise as part of the party's nationwide outreach campaign to mark the Narendra Modi-led government's 12 years in power.
Marking the completion of 12 years of the Modi government, the party has decided to launch a 'Seva ka Maha-abhiyan'.
The meeting was presided over by BJP State President Mohan Lal Badoli.
The meeting saw Chief Minister Saini, BJP senior leader Om Prakash Dhankar, party's senior leader and state In-charge Dr Satish Poonia, issue directives to all attending Haryana BJP MLAs, MPs, ministers, and party office bearers regarding the various social service programmes to be undertaken to mark the 12 years of the Modi government in office.

He stated that the BJP would conduct a comprehensive public outreach and welfare campaign across the entire state.
This campaign is scheduled to take place from June 5 to June 21.
Badoli announced that events would be organised at every district, block and assembly constituency level within the state. The objective of the campaign is to disseminate information regarding the Central government's achievements to the masses and to connect beneficiaries with various government schemes.
Badoli highlighted that Narendra Modi has been serving the country with a steadfast resolve to put "Nation First." Saini and Badoli said that to celebrate the completion of these 12 years, years characterized by trust, development, and public welfare, a multitude of events will be organized.

On this occasion, an appeal was also made to cooperate with the Election Commission for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise in Haryana.
All party workers were urged to assist the Election Commission to ensure that all eligible citizens are successfully enrolled.
According to a party statement, Chief Minister Saini stated that the SIR is not a new initiative; however, it is being undertaken now after a gap of several years.
Saini emphasised that the primary objective of the SIR is to purify the voter list. This process entails removing the names of deceased voters, eliminating duplicate entries (names registered in multiple locations), enrolling new voters who have attained the age of 18.
He asserted that the name of every eligible citizen must be included in the voter list, ensuring that no ineligible individual finds a place within it.
Saini urged party workers to extend their full cooperation to the Election Commission during the exercise.
About 12 years of Modi government, Om Prakash Dhankar offered numerous suggestions regarding the formulation of a roadmap for upcoming programmes.
The meeting also featured extensive discussions regarding the launch of a state-wide campaign against drug abuse.
