* In a significant verdict, SC held courts could modify arbitral awards under the 1996 law on arbitration and conciliation.
* Upholding inclusivity rights, SC directed changes in the digital KYC process enabling acid attack survivors and persons with visual disabilities to access banking services and welfare schemes, among others.
* SC stayed an order which directed the Consortium of National Law Universities to revise the marksheets and republish the final list of selected candidates of CLAT UG-2025 within four weeks.
