The dream of a boy, who wants to join the Indian Army, is making waves across the country.

A video of filmmaker Vinod Kapri's talking to 19-year-old Pradeep Mehra, who was running at midnight in Noida, has garnered over 4 million views on YouTube.

The boy from Almora of Uttarakhand tells the filmmaker that he was running at midnight as he has no time during the day. So he runs runs a 10-km  stretch daily after his night shift at McDonald in Noida's Sector 16. He tells he wakes up at 8 am every day to cook and has no time let for his physical training. 

Despite being tired, Pradeep turned down filmmaker Vinod Kapri's offer to take him to residence, where he lives with his elder brother.

During his interation, when Vinod Kapri asked about his family Pradeeep said his mother is hospitalised.

Kapri shared Mehra's run on Twitter with the title "Watch #PradeepMehra's 20-second SPRINT to lift your Monday SPIRITS," asking eveyone to show it to their kids.

People who added their comments praised his dedication to get things done. Among them, singer-rapper Badshah said, "The future of our country is in great hands. Blessing to this kid."
