The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has announced the recruitment of primary teachers, nursery teachers and junior engineers in Delhi Schools and Delhi Jal Board. The notification calling for application to the posts will be available on the DSSSB's official websites―dsssb.delhi.gov.in and dsssbonline.nic.in.
Important details regarding the application process, eligibility criteria, exam dates and selection among others will be on dsssb.delhi.gov.in.
Candidates may apply for the posts of Assistant Teacher (Primary), Assistant Teacher (Nursery) and Junior Engineer (Civil) online through dsssbonline.nic.in from September 16, 2019. The last date of application is October 15, 2019. There are 982 vacancies in total―637 for Assistant Teacher (Primary), 141 for Assistant Teacher (Nursery) and 204 for Junior Engineer (Civil).

DSSSB Teacher Recruitment 2019 Exam
DSSSB Teacher Recruitment exam will be conducted in offline mode. The exam has two stages―Tier I and Tier II, followed by a skill test for some posts. For some posts, however, candidates need not appear for both stages. Candidates who qualify the Tier 1 stage will be shortlisted for the second round.
The Tier 1 exam will have two sections―Section A and Section B. Section A will have Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English, Hindi and General Awareness. Section B will be a subject chosen by the candidate.
Candidates must note that each question carries one mark. However, 0.25 marks will be deducted from the score for every wrong answer.
