In an effort to curtail the spread of the images, Mythri Makers, bankrolling the film, issued a warning on X (formerly Twitter). They penned, “We've observed that a lot of you are sharing a picture from the sets of #PrabhasHanu. We are striving to give you the best experience, and these leaks bring the morale of the team down. Any account sharing such pictures will not only be reported and brought down, but will be treated as a cybercrime and dealt with appropriately.”

This is not the first time that images from the Fauji have leaked. Last November, certain set images went viral on social media, as well as in June. Fauji is reportedly a wartime romance film set in the 1940s, which sees Prabhas as a pre-independence military man.

Prabhas was last seen in Kannappa, where he made a cameo appearance as Rudra. The film follows Kannappa (Vishnu Manchu), a hunter based in Hindu mythology, who turns from a non-believer to a devotee of Lord Shiva. The movie chronicles his transformation into an ardent disciple.
Hanu Raghavapudi's latest project—also most successful—came with Sita Ramam, a 2022 romance flick starring Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur.
