Filmmaker Sajid Khan, who had faced allegations of sexual harassment from multiple women during the MeToo wave in the country, is back in the news again. Now, the latest to accuse the filmmaker is late actress Jiah Khan’s sister Karishma who talked about it in a documentary.

According to reports, in the BBC documentary titled Death in Bollywood, Karishma reveals her bitter experiences with Khan. She also alleged that Khan had sexually harassed Jiah. Jiah died by suicide in 2013. “It was rehearsal, she was reading the scripts and he asked her to take off her top and just say it in her bra. She didn’t know what to do, she said ‘the filming hasn’t even begun yet and this is happening.’ She came home and cried.”

Clips of the interview, said to be from the documentary, are being shared on social media. In one of these clips shared on Twitter by Kangana Ranaut, Karishma also talks about the time Khan made advances towards her when they had gone to Khan’s house, but Jiah saved her. Quoting Jiah, Karishma said ‘”I have a contract, so if I leave, they can sue me and slander my name. If I stay, then I am sexually harassed.’ It was a lose-lose situation for Jiah, Karishma said.

Speaking of it, Kangana tweeted, “They killed Jiah they killed Sushant and they tried to kill me, but they roam free have full support of the mafia, growing stronger and successful every year. Know the world is not ideal you are either the prey or the predator. No one will save you you have to save yourself.”
