Bollywood actor Aamir Khan, who decided to join a group of youngsters for a cricket match in Mumbai on Thursday faced backlash for not wearing a mask while being in close proximity with people during the game.
In the video shared on the Instagram handle of Bollywood paparazzi Viral Bhayani, the actor was seen facing a few balls before obliging to a group selfie. The youngsters crowd around the actor for the selfie. The actor is seen wearing a mask only after he moves away from the youngsters after the match and the selfie.
Many on social media, including actor Kishwer Merchant, pointed out that none of them are wearing a mask. "None of them wearing a mask? How? Why?," asked Merchant in the comment section.

While many called out the actor for his “irresponsible” behaviour, there were also those who asked: “how will you breathe if you wear mask.”
On the work front, the actor will be next seen in Laal Singh Chadda, which is the official adaptation of Hollywood mega-hit Forrest Gump. Also starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, south star Vijay Setupathi and Mona Singh, Laal Singh Chadda is directed by Advait Chandan of Secret Superstar fame.
