Khanna said Sharma, in one of his shows, had a skit featuring Shaktimaan. In the show, Shaktimaan was standing next to a girl, and there was a bed too. When Shaktimaan was making a move on the girl, he would get a call and this get repeated in the show.

Khanna said he was upset with Sharma for showing a character like Shaktimaan in such a light. He he called up Krushna Abhishek who was also part of the show and asked him "How do you tarnish a character's image like this? Who allows you? Is there no censor to examine the content?"

Khanna said there is no censorship for such shows and films and added that the new generation, which is copying foreign films, forget the fact that their culture is not same as ours.
